Role Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Selection: Actively participate in the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job ads, sourcing candidates from various portals (Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn), screening resumes, and conducting initial phone and video interviews.
- Onboarding & Orientation: Support the onboarding process by preparing documentation, facilitating orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth experience for new hires.
- Employee Records & Database Management: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accurate and timely input into our HR systems.
- HR Documentation: Draft and manage essential HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, and contracts.
- Employee Engagement & Development: Assist in organizing and coordinating employee engagement activities, training sessions, and development programs.
- HR Data Analysis: Leverage MS-Excel to analyze HR data, track recruitment metrics, and create insightful reports to support decision-making.
- Administrative Support: Provide support in day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks, contributing to the smooth functioning of the HR department.
Qualifications
- Passion for HR: A strong interest in Human Resources, eager to learn and take on new challenges.
- Proactive & Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English, with confidence in conducting interviews and interacting with candidates.
