- Talent Acquisition and Management:
- Oversee recruitment and selection processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Develop onboarding programs to ensure new hires are integrated effectively into the company.
- Implement and manage performance appraisal systems that drive high performance.
- Employee Relations:
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Address employee grievances and manage disciplinary procedures.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Oversee the design and implementation of compensation and benefits programs.
- Ensure competitive and equitable salary structures.
- Learning and Development:
- Identify training needs and create development programs to enhance employee skills and career progression.
- Implement leadership development programs to build internal management capabilities.
- HR Operations:
- Manage HR metrics and analytics to provide insights into workforce trends and inform decision-making.
- Oversee HRIS and ensure accurate record-keeping.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
