Job Description

RolesandResponsibilities

The requirement is for a Hands-on and minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Human Resource

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning:
    • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
    • Act as a strategic partner to the executive team to develop and execute plans that optimize talent management and organizational performance.
  • Talent Acquisition and Management:
    • Oversee recruitment and selection processes to attract and retain top talent.
    • Develop onboarding programs to ensure new hires are integrated effectively into the company.
    • Implement and manage performance appraisal systems that drive high performance.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
    • Address employee grievances and manage disciplinary procedures.
    • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Compliance and Risk Management:
    • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
    • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Compensation and Benefits:
    • Oversee the design and implementation of compensation and benefits programs.
    • Ensure competitive and equitable salary structures.
  • Learning and Development:
    • Identify training needs and create development programs to enhance employee skills and career progression.
    • Implement leadership development programs to build internal management capabilities.
  • HR Operations:
    • Manage HR metrics and analytics to provide insights into workforce trends and inform decision-making.
    • Oversee HRIS and ensure accurate record-keeping.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in HR management, with a track record of progressive HR leadership roles.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
  • Proven experience in strategic planning and organizational development.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
