- Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record in developing and implementing HR policies, systems, and software solutions.- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and regulatory compliance.
Experience in selecting, implementing, and optimizing HRIS, ATS, payroll systems, and other HR-related software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
