Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled HR Generalist to join our team at Triptadka, a hospitality brand of Meravilla Solutions LLP. As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in implementing and managing various HR programs and initiatives. This is a full-time position based in Vikhroli, Maharashtra, India, with an employment type of Full-Time. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in HR.
Qualifications And Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in HR
- Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Familiarity with HRIS and other HR software
Roles And Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates
- Administer HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire orientation and exit interviews
- Manage employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive work environment
- Coordinate and conduct training programs to enhance employees skills and knowledge
- Assist in performance management processes and provide guidance on employee development
- Manage employee relations and address employee queries and concerns
- Assist in the implementation of HR systems and tools to streamline HR processes
- Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of employee records and HR databases
- Provide support in HR analytics and reporting
