Triangulas HR is hiring for one of its client who is a leading global knowledge platform for health and wellness.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct employee onboarding and coordinate training and development programs.
- Support employees with HR-related matters such as leaves and compensation, resolving issues promptly.
- Administer compensation and benefit plans.
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
- Promote HR programs to foster an efficient, harmonious workplace.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies.
- Manage tasks related to performance management.
- Gather and analyze HR metrics like time to hire and turnover rates.
- Coordinate quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
- Maintain employee records electronically and in hard copy.
- Enhance job satisfaction through prompt issue resolution, new perks, benefits, and team-building activities.
- Ensure compliance with labour regulations.
Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
- Master's / bachelor's degree in HR
- 3 to 4 Yrs of proven experience as an HR Generalist
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Good knowledge of employment/labour laws
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office, HRIS systems will be a plus
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Aptitude in problem-solving
- Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach
- Additional HR training will be a plus.
