Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and organized HR Admin to join our team. The HR Admin will be responsible for providing administrative support, assisting with various HR functions, and ensuring smooth operations within their scope.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, attendance, leaves, and benefits.
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
- Coordinate new hire orientations and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.
- Process employee changes, such as promotions, transfers, and terminations.
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payments.
- Administer employee benefits programs, up-skill programs, team building exercises and wellness initiatives.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, and other related matters.
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Prepare HR-related reports and presentations as needed.
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an HR assistant, HR coordinator, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR functions and processes.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Certification in Human Resources is a plus.
