Job Description:
Recruitment and Selection:
Identify staffing needs, define job requirements, post openings, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate selection
Employee Onboarding and Orientation:
Facilitate onboarding, complete paperwork, conduct orientations, and ensure new hires are equipped for success.
Performance Management:
Implement systems to track performance, conduct evaluations, and set goals. Coordinate training programs to address development needs.
Employee Relations:
Serve as main contact for employee inquiries and grievances. Mediate conflicts, promote positive work environment, and boost morale.
Payroll and Benefits Administration:
Manage payroll processes, administer employee benefits, and address related inquiries
Compliance and Legal Requirements:
Ensure adherence to labor laws and industry standards, maintain accurate records, and stay updated on legal requirements
Training and Development:
Identify training needs, develop tailored programs, and assess effectiveness to enhance employee skills in construction.
Health and Safety:
Collaborate with safety personnel, conduct training, and participate in audits to ensure compliance and promote a safe work environment.
HR Administration:
Manage paperwork, generate reports, and implement policies to support company objectives in construction.
