*Performorientationsandupdaterecordsofnewstaff.
*Managetheorganization'semployeedatabaseandpreparereports.
*ProduceandsubmitreportsongeneralHRactivity.
*Peoplemanagementandpeople-orientedwork.
* Follow organization structure, update next new and old employee's record.
* Assist with any grievances or queries by employees. Negotiate at the best level is required.
