Orange Health is an on-demand diagnostics service for Indian consumers,
enabling convenience, reliability and overall better healthcare outcomes. We are
building Orange Health to become the infrastructure of remote healthcare in India,
starting with making diagnostics on-demand. The founders Dhruv Gupta and
Tarun Bhambra have 15+ years of combined healthcare experience and have
together built a profitable health-tech business, serving 100m+ users.

The goal is to ensure the HR department's operations will be running smoothly
and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole.
- Key Responsibility Areas (KRA):*
- *Onboarding & Induction:
- Complete Day 1 formalities (Emp code, email, biometric setup, system initiation
on ZHR).
- Ensure smooth execution of weekly onboarding and induction processes.
- *Employee Engagement:
Conduct four one-on-one connections with employees weekly.
Plan and execute monthly/quarterly engagement activities such as fun activities,
Orange Champs, and Chai pe Charcha.
- *Performance Management:
- Facilitate monthly performance meetings between managers and reportees.
- Assist with bi-annual PRS (Performance Review System) cycles.
- *Learning & Development:
- Organize and coordinate PoSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) workshops.
- Plan and execute regular training sessions as part of the company's L&D
initiatives.
- *Grievance & Conflict Management:
- Address employee grievances and mediate conflicts, escalating issues when
necessary.
- *Payroll & Exit Management:
- Provide monthly payroll inputs and handle full & final settlement inputs.
- Manage exit formalities from resignation to RL letter issuance.
- *Report Publishing:
- Prepare and publish HR reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- *HRBP Support:
- Assist in driving any HR initiatives or projects as required throughout the
employee lifecycle.
