Recruiting and interviewing skills. Reviewing resumes and screening candidates.
Phone, Skype, and online meeting platform skills
Scheduling interviews by coordinating with candidates and the hiring manager.
Negotiating job offers with the candidates.
Candidates with hands-on experience in generalist activities including payroll, grievance handling, performance appraisal, etc,. can get priority.
