Responsibilities: Implement and manage HR policies and procedures
Handle employee relations issues in accordance with company policies and legal requirements
Coordinate and conduct recruitment efforts for all positions, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions
Administer compensation and benefits programs, including payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Develop and conduct training programs for employees and managers
Manage performance appraisal process, providing guidance and support to managers and employees
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
