Responsibilities
- Recruitment: Recruiting, screening, and interviewing potential applicants, Documentation, and joining formalities.
- Training and Development: Identification of training needs and nominating candidates for training, Encouraging participation of employees in various organizational events, and Issuing training certificates after completion of the training.
- HR Administration: Preparing Final settlements, leave salary, Maintaining personal files of employees, Tracking attendance, maintaining leave records, issuing letters, etc., communicating HR policies, and Keeping track of Confirmation, Appraisals, and Increments of employees.
- Employee Engagement: Effectively managing welfare measures, Managing all organizational events, Organizing activities on all the festivals, and promoting HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
- Employee Relations Activities: Gathering employee feedback and presenting to management with suggestions, Handling employee Grievances, Mentoring and Counselling employees, Calculating and ensuring that salaries are done on time.
- Exit formalities: Handling a thorough Exit process of employees including the issuance of relieving letters, and experience letters.
