Job Title: HR Generalist / HR Manager- Handling Complete Recruitment process.
- Taking care of overall induction, Joining formalities & Settlement process.
- Taking care or employee database with regards to their date of appointment, address and other personal details.
- Responsible in drafting offer letter, appointment letters, confirmation letters, relieving letter and experience letter etc.
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy.
- Taking care of Statutory Compliance like, ESIC, PF & PT.
- Annual Returns and half yearly returns filing.
- Factory/ Shops & License renewal/ Amendments
- Taking care of Employee relation, planning the training calendar for the employees.
- Taking care of Employee engagement activities.
- Experience in POSCH committee.
- Should have experience in Saral software.
- Should have the Knowledge of Payroll role processing
- Qualification & Skills:
- Education: MBA HR / MSW HR
- Experience: Minimum 4 to 5 Years in HR
