The Role
We are searching for a motivated HR Generalist to join our growing team. As a key member of the HR department, you will play a vital role in supporting our employees and ensuring a positive and productive work environment. You will wear many hats, handling a variety of HR domains from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Support in managing different stages of recruitment process, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating background checks.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive first-day experience.
- Administer and communicate employee benefits programs, including health insurance, paid time off etc
- Maintain accurate employee records/database in MIS and HR systems
- Provide guidance and support to employees on various HR-related matters, such as leave requests, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and recommend new policies/processes as necessary
- Participate in HR initiatives and projects as assigned.

Qualifications
- Masters degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or a similar role.
- Good understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment law.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
