We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals.
• Support employee relations by addressing concerns, conducting investigations, and facilitating conflict resolution.
• Coordinate performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and feedback sessions.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure adherence to compliance regulations.

• Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for continuous improvement.
