Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic HR Fresher to join our team at LifeMagic Group. As an HR Fresher, you will play a key role in managing and implementing various human resources programs and initiatives. This is a fresher position requiring 0 to 1 years of experience. The job is based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India and is a full-time role.

Qualifications And Skills

  • 0 to 1 years of experience in a similar HR role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
  • Knowledge in recruiting and talent acquisition.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and data management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage various human resources programs and initiatives.
  • Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Coordinate and conduct new employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Handle employee relations matters, including disputes, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
  • Manage and maintain employee records, including personnel files and HRIS data.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues.
