Job Summary:
The HR Executive will handle basic HR tasks such as recruitment, employee records, payroll coordination, and employee engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help with screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
- Assist with the onboarding process of new employees.
- Maintain employee data and update personal files.
- Track attendance and leaves.
- Organize employee events and activities.
- Handle basic employee queries.
- Ensure company policies are followed.
- Help with updating and communicating HR policies.
- Work with the payroll to process salaries accurately.
- Assist the HR Manager in day-to-day tasks and employee issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in any field.
- 1 year of HR experience.
- Basic knowledge of HR software and MS Office.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
