The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring the implementation of company strategies and objectives, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment and Staffing: - Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. - Manage the entire recruitment process including job postings, interviews, and onboarding. - Coordinate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and create job descriptions. 2. Employee Relations and Engagement: - Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture. - Address employee grievances and provide appropriate solutions. - Organize team-building activities, training sessions, and company events. 3. Performance Management: - Develop and implement performance appraisal systems. - Provide guidance and support to managers on performance issues. - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback. 4. Compliance and Policy Development: - Ensure company compliance with labor laws and regulations. - Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures. - Maintain employee records and handle HR documentation. 5. Training and Development: - Identify training needs and create development programs for employees. - Coordinate and conduct training sessions. - Support career development and succession planning. 6. Compensation and Benefits: - Manage payroll and benefits administration. - Conduct salary reviews and benchmark compensation packages. - Develop and implement employee reward and recognition programs. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field- Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role, preferably in the real estate industry. - Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Strong organizational and leadership abilities. - Proficiency in HR software. - Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
