Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled HR Executive to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The HR Executive will be responsible for attracting, developing, and retaining talented individuals and ensuring that our company's HR initiatives are in line with our business objectives. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR operations, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Implement effective HR policies and procedures.
- Experience in (In-house and Out-house Hiring/Placements).
Develop and maintain HR strategies aligned with the company's overall mission and goals.- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
Nurture a positive working environment by promoting corporate values and culture.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.- Coordinate performance management processes.
Support the development and implementation of training and development programs.
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
Handle compensation and benefits administration.- Ensure HR processes and practices are compliant with company policies and legal requirements.
Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR management.
Proven work experience as an HR Executive, HR Manager, or similar role.
- Knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, training, development, compensation and benefits, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
