Job Description: -

  • Executing the employee's annual review procedures.
  • Maintaining a detailed record of the companys employees.
  • Supervising the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department.
  • Ensuring all the employees comply with the HR policies.
  • Overseeing the employee's termination process.
  • Counseling employees as and when required.
  • Conducting exit interviews to identify the reason for termination/resignation.
  • Organizing events and conferences for the employees.
  • Maintaining and recording employee attendance.
  • Design and update job descriptions
  • Source potential candidates from various online channels
  • Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
  • Screen incoming resumes and application forms
  • Interview candidates (via phones, video and in-person)
  • Provide shortlists of candidates to hiring managers
  • Send a job that offers emails and answers queries about compensation and benefits.
  • Act as consultant to new hires and help them onboard
