Oversee recruitment processes from job postings to employee onboarding.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts.
Support performance management, including evaluations and feedback.- Maintain and update employee records and process HR documentation.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Administer benefits programs and assist with compensation reviews.
Coordinate training initiatives and identify employee development needs.- Generate and analyze HR reports to provide actionable insights.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.- 2 years of HR experience, preferably in HR practices
Knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office.
