In essence, we are seeking candidates with a good hands on experience in the HR department.
Have experience managing at least 20-30 employees in a company or organisation
Manage employee relations activities and employee issues.
- In responsible for the entire employee life cycle, from hiring to terminating
Responsible for maintain all HR records related to leave and attendance in internal system- Creating, evaluating, and modifying the institution's budget for salaries
Hands on experience on Recruitment Dashboards, adhoc reports, attrition reports.
- Administration of benefits
Setup processes for handling employee issues and grievances- Co-ordination with various Division
Provide required reports as per need basis.
