Overview
As an HR Executive at our organization, you will play a vital role in managing various HR functions and ensuring a positive employee experience. You will be responsible for supporting the HR team in recruitment, employee relations, HRIS maintenance, and compliance with labor laws. Your work will directly impact the overall success of our organization by fostering a positive work culture and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Key responsibilities
- Support the HR team in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Assist in onboarding new employees and conducting orientation sessions to facilitate smooth integration into the organization.
- Maintain and update employee records and HRIS to ensure accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Handle employee relations matters by addressing grievances, conducting investigations, and providing counseling or disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and best practices.
- Conduct research on HR trends and best practices to contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and initiatives.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge in alignment with organizational goals.
- Assist in performance management processes by monitoring and documenting employee performance and providing support in performance evaluations.
- Participate in HR projects such as benefits administration, compensation analysis, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Prepare reports and presentations on HR metrics, trends, and compliance to support decision-making processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies in all HR practices and processes.
- Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining HR documentation, organizing employee events, and managing HR communication channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR initiatives and maintain positive working relationships across the organization.
- Provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related queries and issues, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in HR roles with a strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office applications for data management and reporting.
- Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and best practices in HR management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and employee interactions.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various HR functions and priorities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate integrity in handling sensitive HR information.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and compliance in HR processes and documentation.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze situations, identify options, and implement effective solutions.
- Team player with a proactive and service-oriented approach to HR support and initiatives.
- HR certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR is a plus.
