HR Executive

Description

We are looking for a highly motivated HR Executive with 0-2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of HR practices and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment and selection process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including conducting orientation sessions and exit interviews
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all legal requirements
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees and management
• Assist in training and development initiatives
• Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance to employees and management

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• 0-2 years of experience in HR or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures
• Familiarity with HRIS and other HR software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Understanding of employment laws and regulations in India
