JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Multi-Functional hiring at Mid and Senior levels for our clients PAN India

Manage the entire recruitment process end to end for the clients

Understand the Job Description

Head Hunt the right candidates from the database /portals

Discuss the job role and align them for the role

Line-up the candidate for interview and coordinate for scheduling

Ensure candidate turn-ups for interviews

Co-ordinate the paper work for offer discussion with the shortlist candidate

Ensure the smooth joining of the selected candidate

Who Can Apply:- If you

Have 1 year+ exp. preferably in recruitment

Preferably PG but Graduates can also apply

Have excellent English communication skills and pleaseing personality

Good with MS Excel

Excellent Salary + Allowances + Incentives
