We are hiring for HR Executive & Admin(Female) at Lower Parel, Mumbai Manage day-to-day office HR & admin, ensuring a smooth workflow.
Maintain and organize physical and digital files and records of employees.
Maintaining daily attendance, leaves and late comings records of all the employees, across multiple locations.
Coordination with the candidates for interview and obtaining documents.
Assist Sr. HR Manager to execute the necessary HR and admin activities.
Ensuring office is adhering to cleanliness standards and admin staff are working as per their assigned duties.
Assist with inventory management and procurement of office stationary.
Coordinating with the admin staff for employee engagement activities an Office functions.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Travel arrangements for the employees in coordination with Accounts department and ensuring necessary approvals have been made.
Any other duties assigned as in the HR and admin function.
- Exp 2 - 4 yrs. into the similar role.
- Good communication skills and willingness to work with fast paced environment.
