Responsible for release of monthly HR MIS and maintaining employee data base in a manner which ensures data integrity, accuracy and ease of retrieval. Help in conducting training need analysis, Coordinate training activities and ensure they are conducted as per the training schedule.
Responsible for all Performance Management activities Coordinate with Reporting Managers/ HODs and ensure timely completion of performance appraisal. Consolidate performance appraisal data for finalizing increments. Issue of increment letters and ensure distribution to employees. Coordinate promotion/ transfers and issue of promotion/ transfer letters Ensure that all exit formalities are conducted and issue relieving letter / service certificates. Help HR head in rolling out of Policies
