Pune and Aurangabad, seeking a highly motivated and skilled
HR Executive. Below is a brief overview of the qualifications and responsibilities for this position.
Key skill : Selecting and training the right personnel to manage the complexity of the supply chain to ensuring job security and managing team dynamics.
Responsibilities
- Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
- Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
- Manages all employee compensations and benefit programs, coordinates with various vendors to ensure benefits are successfully supporting employee needs and trains employees on how to utilize the programs for the maximum benefit of the employee and our client
- Manage recruitment processes and procedures
- Administer employee benefits and compensation
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Coordinate training and development programs
- Handle employee relations and conflict resolution
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Previous experience and reliability in handling budgets and HR procedures (admin profile is an asset).
- Master of the MS office pack, including Excel.
- Experience in remote management is an asset.
Logistics
He/she must possess an in-depth understanding of the dynamics and challenges specific to the logistics sector. This knowledge is essential to identify the skills required and to ensure human resources management aligned with business objectives. He/she must be proficient in the use of emerging technologies (supply chain management software, traceability systems and data analysis) that make it possible to make the most of technological innovations to optimize human resource management operations.
He/She will implement and supervise all logistics operations at his/her assigned base and organize logistics support for proper and timely programs implementation.

- Strong accounting and accounting software knowledge.

- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- A minimum of two years of human resource management experience preferred.
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP highly desired.
