Position Overview:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will support various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. This role is essential in enhancing our company culture and ensuring a positive employee experience.
Recruitment:- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job postings to candidate interviews and onboarding.
Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts.
- Promote a positive work environment through engagement initiatives and feedback mechanisms.
Performance Management:
- Assist in the development and implementation of performance evaluation processes.
Support managers in addressing performance issues and facilitating employee development plans.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.- Maintain employee records and manage HR documentation.
Training and Development:- Identify training needs and coordinate employee training programs.
