HR Executive

We are looking for a motivated HR Executive to join our team at Shish Group of Companies, specialising in human resources management with a strong emphasis on legal compliance within the manufacturing industry.

• Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws, regulations, and company policies.

• Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.

Administer employee benefits and compensation programs.

• Arrange Employee Engagement activities.

Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports as needed.

• Collaborate with management to implement HR policies and procedures.

• Requirements:

Proven work experience in HR roles within the manufacturing sector (6 months to 1 year).

• Familiarity with legal requirements and regulations related to HR practices in manufacturing.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
