We are seeking an HR executive to manage various procedures of our company. It includes recruiting, learning and developing, Payroll and compliances, employee performance programs etc. To become a successful HR executive, candidates should possess an extensive background in the Human Resources department.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-
- Reviewing resumes and applications.
- Conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process.
- Working with recruitment agencies to source for candidates for all required opening.
- Maintaining HR records- Daily work .
- Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees.
- Handling the full and final settlement of the employees.
- Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management.
- Recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality.
- Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities.
- Resolving grievances or queries of the employees.
- Conducting exit interviews for employees and recording them accordingly.
- Managing workplace safety issues.
- Experience of Compliance like PF, ESIC- Added Advantage.
- Experience with MS Office.
- Strong time management skills; excellent multi-tasker.
- 1+ Years of related professional experience required.
