Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at IB school located in Bangalore. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing the recruitment process for teachers, including advertising job openings, reviewing applications, conducting interviews, and checking references and credentials. They will also be responsible for performing background checks to ensure that teachers are qualified and suitable for the role. Additionally, the Human Resources Manager will assist with onboarding and orientation to acclimate new teachers to their positions.
Lead recruitment for IB faculty and staff
Foster a positive workplace culture
Proven experience in HR management, specifically in IB schools- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Education, or related field (Master's or HR certification is a plus)
Strong understanding of the IB educational framework
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strategic thinker with a proactive approach- Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices
Proficiency in HR software and recruitment tools
