HR Executive / Recruiter

Description

We are seeking a talented HR Executive/Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of experience in the job market context of India and will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates for various open positions within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
• Screen resumes and job applications
• Conduct initial phone screens to create a shortlist of candidates
• Interview candidates in-person for various positions
• Provide a great candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Maintain accurate candidate records and update applicant tracking system
• Assist with onboarding activities and new hire orientation

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• 0-2 years of experience in HR or recruitment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Familiarity with social media and other online recruitment channels
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
• Understanding of Indian job market context and labor laws
