HR Executive / Recruiter

Description

We are seeking a highly motivated HR Executive / Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 0-4 years of experience in the job market context of India and should be able to handle recruitment activities for our organization. The candidate should be able to work independently and should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various positions within the organization
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand the requirements and ensure that the job descriptions are updated
• Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess the candidate's suitability for the position
• Schedule interviews for shortlisted candidates and coordinate with the hiring managers
• Maintain a database of candidates and ensure that all candidate information is up-to-date
• Assist in the preparation of offer letters and employment contracts
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to recruitment

Skills and Qualifications

• HSC or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 0-4 years of experience in recruitment or related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of recruitment best practices and trends in the job market context of India
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to recruitment
