Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring.
Manage onboarding and orientation for new hires.
Address employee concerns and manage engagement initiatives.
Coordinate training programs and evaluate their effectiveness.
Assist in developing HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
2 years of HR experience, preferably in Ed-Tech or tech.
Strong recruitment and sourcing skills.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in HR software and understanding of employment laws
