JD:
- Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques- Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
Monitor HR department's day to day activities
- Act as the point of contact regarding labor related issues
Manage employees grievances- Oversee daily operations of the HR department, Attendance , Leave , other's
Coordinate with internal and external resource and update the same.
- Good knowledge of Payroll processing ..
Good knowledge of ESIC /PF preparation and updating ..- Knowledge of Statutory compliance as per industries
Qualification : MBA HR
Experience : Minimum 3yrs
Salary - 25 k to 30k per month
