Job Description

  • Onboarding of Contract Labors:
  • Scrutiny of all documents and credentials of the Contract Labors.
  • Contractors/ Contract Labor registration.
  • Address and resolve labor-related issues and disputes in a timely and amicable manner. Attendance Management
  • Maintaining Biometric Punching System, generate reports and prepare MIS.
  • Deployment of Labor in various departments and manage labor shortages Grievance Handling:
  • Receive and investigate employee grievances and complaints.
  • Implement appropriate grievance resolution mechanisms and provide recommendations for resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of all industrial relations activities.
  • Prepare and submit required reports to relevant authorities and management. Contractor Billing:
  • Manage contractors billing process and timely submission to Accounts Dept.
