Job Description:
Must have very good experience in onboarding, document verification.
Collect the documents from the new employee and update in portal and connecting with IT team and initiating laptop.
Driving induction for new joiners, experience and alignment of company culture, values, and growth, introducing new joiners to respective managers.
Interact with new employees and making them feel comfortable in the new environment.
E-Verify and BGV should be able to handle.
Exit Formalities & Attendance management.
Maintaining Employee Records.
Support employees and managers throughout various stages of the employee life cycle, including onboarding, job changes, and retirement, while offering guidance on company policies.
