ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and update job descriptions
- Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like Naukri and Linkedin) and onboarding process
- Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
- Screen incoming resumes and applications
- Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
- Advertise job openings on companys facebook page, social media, job boards and internally
- Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Send job offer emails and answer queries.
- Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hireand source of hire
- Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
- Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard
- Induction into work Culture, HR Policies, and Job Profile

JOB SPECIFICATION:
Relevant Experience: 6 months
Education Qualification: MBA / PGPM (HR Specialization)
Location: Pune, Maharashtra
Package: 1.2 LPA 1.8 LPA

Pay: 120,000.00 - 180,000.00 per year
