Job Description: HR Executive
Qualification Graduate in HR (Experience not mandatory). Post-Graduation in HR will be an added advantage.
Skills Required
- Excellent written, verbal & interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with HRMS & basic softwares such as MS office, etc
- Resourceful, energetic, driven, and structured
- Ability to work independently on multiple projects with minimal supervision
Job Responsibilities:
- In this role, you will be responsible for streamlining and optimizing HR operations and assisting in driving overall effectiveness of the HR function.
- Effectively driving agenda for onboarding, employee engagement, MIS (data trend, analysis & interpretation), etc.
Will be responsible for executing & managing :
- Employee Lifecycle
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create seamless employee experience
- Manage smooth exit formalities as per policies
- Employee Engagement
- Drive engagement program to enhance productivity
- Collaborate with stakeholders for their inputs on planning engagement programs to make it more effective as per business need
- Grievance Handling & maintaining healthy corporate environment
- Employee Relations
- Assist in drafting and formalizing HR policies & protocols and ensure awareness across the organization
