Position : Senior HR
Location : Sonipat, Kundli
Salary : Upto 4.50 lpa
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Support employee relations by handling grievances, disputes, and implementing disciplinary procedures.
- Maintain and update HRIS systems and databases to ensure accurate employee records and efficient data management.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations, company policies, and best HR practices.
- Assist in performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback, and development plans.
- Oversee employee benefits administration and provide support during open enrollment periods.
- Conduct training sessions for employees on various HR-related topics.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Participate in creating and implementing employee engagement programs and initiatives.
- Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports for senior management.
