Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to source and attract qualified candidates for open positions.
Utilize various channels to source candidates, such as job boards, social media platforms, professional networking sites, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the company culture.
Coordinate and manage the interview process, including scheduling interviews with hiring managers and providing feedback.
Conduct reference checks and background screenings.
Prepare and extend competitive offers to top candidates, and negotiate salary and benefits packages.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates for future needs.
Assist with on boarding new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
Provide support to employees with benefits administration, including enrolment and explanation of company benefits programs.
Assist with employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and performance management processes.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
Stay informed of and comply with all relevant labour laws and regulations.
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Assist with employee engagement initiatives and programs to foster a positive work environment.
Handle the payroll system with Leave & Attendance management.
