  • Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Executive with 1 year of experience to join our HR team. This role will focus primarily on recruiting, onboarding, and managing trainers for our EdTech platform. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for recruitment, and the ability to manage relationships with trainers effectively.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Trainer Recruitment:
  • Source, screen, and hire qualified trainers for various courses offered on our platform.
Create job postings, handle advertisements, and manage applications.
  • Conduct initial interviews, assessments, and selection processes.
Collaborate with department heads to understand trainer requirements for different courses.

  • Onboarding & Training:
  • Ensure smooth onboarding of trainers, including orientation, training on platform use, and course delivery standards.
Assist in setting up training schedules and sessions for new trainers.

  • Trainer Management:
  • Maintain ongoing communication with trainers to ensure they are supported and performing effectively.
Monitor trainer performance and feedback, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for trainers and resolve queries related to the platform, course materials, or HR matters.

  • HR Operations:
  • Maintain accurate records of trainer profiles, contracts, and performance metrics.
Support payroll and attendance tracking for trainers.
  • Assist in the development of trainer engagement initiatives to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.


  • Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR operations, preferably in the education or EdTech sector.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.

Job Type: Full-time

Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Rajarajeshwari Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
