Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in industrial/labour relations or human resources is required
Work Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience from manufacturing industry

Profile Summary:
The ideal candidate must possess high-performing industrial relations/ factory HR to act as liaison between
the labour force and the management and responsible for hiring, attendance, salaries, wages, leaves,
employee performances, disputes, healthcare and safety program, communicate with employees at regular
intervals and well-versed about labour laws and union contract compliance.
Job description:
To oversee the employees, staff, workers and the equipment at the factory and carrying out
production strategy decisions effectively
To maintain all the necessary paperwork, communications, leave tracking, reports, workers
compensation and claims.
To participate into day-to-day activities of the workers and employees and ensure the
department goals are met and adhered to approved budgets and timelines.
