Job Role: HR Executive - Location: Koramangala, Bangalore
- Salary: 20 K 30 K Monthly
Recruitment and Staffing:- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions.
Manage job postings and advertise vacancies on job portals and social media.Onboarding and Induction:
Conduct employee onboarding and orientation sessions.
- Ensure all necessary documentation is completed and filed accurately.
Familiarize new hires with company policies, procedures, and culture.Employee Relations and Engagement:
Address employee queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement programs, team-building activities, and wellness initiatives.
Maintain a positive work environment and promote healthy workplace culture.Payroll and Benefits Management:
Assist in payroll processing, ensuring accuracy in salary and compensation calculations.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including insurance, leave management, and other perks.
Performance Management:
- Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems and feedback mechanisms.
Coordinate employee development plans and training initiatives.
- Maintain records of employee performance and career growth.
HR Policies and Compliance:
- Ensure that all HR policies and procedures are communicated effectively to employees.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and policies.
- Employee Database and Reporting:
Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system.- Generate regular reports on HR metrics such as employee turnover, hiring statistics, and attendance.
Exit Formalities:- Conduct exit interviews and ensure smooth offboarding of employees.
Manage the full and final settlement process and handover of documents.
