Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic HR Executive to join our team. As an HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the human resources functions within our organization. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment: Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. .
Conduct initial interviews and participate in the selection process.- Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including completing paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and coordinating training schedules.
Ensure new employees have a smooth transition into the organization and provide necessary support during their initial period.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Maintain positive employee relations by fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment.- Performance Management: Assist in the performance appraisal process by collecting feedback, compiling performance data, and preparing appraisal documents.
Support managers in addressing performance issues and implementing performance improvement plans as necessary.
- HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files, attendance records, and HR databases.
Handle administrative tasks such as preparing employment contracts, processing employee benefits, and managing HR documentation.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in HR roles or related positions.
- Knowledge of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and HRIS software.
