Job Description

We are looking for an HR Executive with experience in IT recruitment and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment (IT Focused):

  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment for IT roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create role-specific recruitment strategies.
  • Manage job postings on job boards, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings, coordinate interviews, and ensure timely feedback and communication with candidates.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Employee Engagement:
  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities to foster a positive work environment.
  • Develop initiatives that boost employee morale, retention, and job satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with management to implement and improve employee engagement policies and programs.
  • Joining and Exit Formalities:
  • Facilitate onboarding processes, including document collection, induction, and orientation sessions for new hires.
  • Manage exit formalities, conduct exit interviews, and provide feedback to management on reasons for attrition.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain employee records in HRIS.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR with a focus on IT recruitment and employee engagement.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, especially in the IT domain.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with HR functions beyond recruitment, such as onboarding, exit management, and employee relations.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, tech-focused environment.
