We are looking for an HR Executive with experience in
IT recruitment and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment (IT Focused):
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment for IT roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create role-specific recruitment strategies.
- Manage job postings on job boards, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings, coordinate interviews, and ensure timely feedback and communication with candidates.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Employee Engagement:
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities to foster a positive work environment.
- Develop initiatives that boost employee morale, retention, and job satisfaction.
- Collaborate with management to implement and improve employee engagement policies and programs.
- Joining and Exit Formalities:
- Facilitate onboarding processes, including document collection, induction, and orientation sessions for new hires.
- Manage exit formalities, conduct exit interviews, and provide feedback to management on reasons for attrition.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain employee records in HRIS.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in HR with a focus on IT recruitment and employee engagement.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, especially in the IT domain.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Preferred Skills:
- Experience with HR functions beyond recruitment, such as onboarding, exit management, and employee relations.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Experience in a fast-paced, tech-focused environment.
