Gurully is actively seeking a proficient HR Executive to play a pivotal role in talent acquisition, support talent development, and contribute to the enhancement of our overall work environment. As an HR Executive at Gurully, you will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks while showcasing your expertise in various HR functions. Your primary objective will be to provide exceptional assistance and support to both employees and managers, fostering a positive workplace culture.
-Efficiently identify and recruit suitable candidates for the company.
- 2. HR Initiatives and Systems:
-Actively support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems to enhance overall organizational efficiency.
- 3. Employee Records Management:
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- 4. Performance Management:
-Conduct performance management and appraisal processes to ensure continuous improvement.
-Serve as a crucial link between management and employees, addressing queries, and resolving work-related issues.
- 6. HR Metrics and Reporting:
-Track and maintain key HR metrics and provide insightful reporting.
-Handle the monthly payroll process to ensure timely and accurate compensation.
- A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in HR roles.
Hands on experience with KEKA HRMS
Portal (Must)- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Ability to work autonomously with a high level of attention to detail, adept at context-switching as needed.
- Proficient understanding of various HR functions, including pay and benefits, training and development, and compliance.
