- 56 - 2.64 CTC Shall be negotiable as per candidate's experience and skills, interview performance and knowledge

Job Responsibilities: - End to end recruitment from different job portals and sources
Schedule interviews, conduct HR round of interview- Onboarding and offboarding formalities
Exit interviews
- Employee Relation and Conflict resolution
Documentation and Record Maintenance Dealing with contractors and third party agents
- Other HR Admin and Operations related tasks
Industrial and Corporate HR role- Labour - Utility bills and arrangements
Complete factory coordination
Key Skills Required:
- Communication Skills - English, Hindi
Analytical and Problem Solving Approach Time Management
MS Office - Excel, Word
Note:- Should be available to join immediately or within one week
Candidates living in closer proximity to office shall be preferred - Office located at Mahakali Caves Road, Near MIDC, Chakala, Andheri East.
