Employee Relations: Assist in addressing employee queries and concerns, promoting a positive workplace culture. Payroll & Benefits Administration: Help manage payroll processes and coordinate employee benefits programs. HR Policies & Compliance: Support the implementation and adherence to HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Training & Development: Coordinate training sessions and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Performance Management: Assist in the performance appraisal process, including collecting and organizing performance data. HR Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation. HR Analytics: Analyze HR data to identify trends and support decision-making. Event Coordination: Help organize company events, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
